Hello, Thanks for the query. I have gone through the details given. It is very clear that she has severely uncontrolled diabetes, high lipids and liver enzymes plus bilirubin. She needs urgent attention of a physician or endocrinologist. Preferably should visit a speciality hospital. Looking very high glucose levels and HbA1c%, she has to be put on Insulin along with other drugs required for controlling lipids. This is not possible in online consultation.
