I am aged 67 years and weigh 95 kg for a height of 5'6" I stopped eating wheat and west products in the last six months and one eat rise based meal in a day. I eat lot of salads and fruits for BF as also dinner. Yet my weight is not coming down and I am worried. Is the rise also adding to my problem and should I stop rise also and substitute it with jawar or Ragi? Please advise.
