Hello Doctor, I am a female, 28 years, unmarried weighs 56 kg. My stomach is always bloated, the reason being unknown. I eat a lot and remain hungry all the time in office/home. But as soon as I finished my eating, my stomach starts bloating with burning & discomfort all around. My eating habits are good and does not include any junk food normally. I also make sure to have lukewarm water in the morning & remain hydrated all day long. Little constipation I suffer sometimes. I had my all USG done and it was clear. I also completed all med course of reflux & heartburn & other gastro syrups & capsules. But all in vain! I am worried what else is the reason? Being a content writer who do spend her 9 hours daily on web, I have explored all web for my this disease but could not find any satisfactory answer by anyone. Please help me. Thank you.

Based on the history you have provided, ostensibly it seems to be mild gastritis .you have written that you have consulted doctors and you r already been prescribed the relevant medications for gastritis and you have already undergone the USG scan. This kind of gastritis occurs mainly due to your altered lifestyles, mainly sedentary and stressful. All the medicines that have been prescribed can help you only partially but remaining life with you you need to change your lifestyle habits I would suggest you to continue on the medications at least for the next one month along with the following Lifestyle changes 1) avoid coffee tea and chocolates 2) consume food on time and this has to be practiced judiciously 3) avoid fatty meals, prefer fibre filled diet 4) consume lot of water (3 to 4 litres a day) 5) practice meditation for 5 to 10 minutes a day this will ease out the stress 6) make it a point that you exercise minimum 30 minutes a day (brisk walk or slow jogging) if you follow these steps properly it will help you to come out of your problems.
