I am Suffering from thyroid with t4 and t3, however TSH is 58.30. Though I am not facing any issue due to this, however, sometime I do feel dizzy, though I walk almost 4 km a day and try to keep myself fit. Currently I am using 50 mg thyroxine. However, thyroid is constant and not getting low. Its above 50 or 80, doing regular checkup once in two month. Please help me out.

Try to avoid Iron supplements, Cholestyramine, Aluminum hydroxide, which is found in some antacids and Calcium supplements while taking medication for Hypothyroidism. Some diet suggestions for hypothyroidism include: 1)Take foods high in Omega 3 and Omega 6 fatty acids such as leafy green vegetables, salmon, nuts, seeds, and shrimp etc 2)Drink plenty of fluids throughout the day. Water and green tea can be sipped on in between meals to prevent dehydration. 3)Take Iodine rich foods such as seaweed and algae. 4)Foods such as broccoli, cauliflower, soy, beans, and spinach can actually slow down the functioning of the thyroid so they should be eaten in small quantities. 5)Avoid artificial sweeteners, caffeine, dairy, and alcohol when on a diet for hypothyroidism. 6)Do exercise regularly and take a multivitamin caps like [Rejuvit Plus]once a day at bedtime.
