Hi Good food for physical and mental health- Eat a handful of nuts everyday Eat at least two fruits and 2 vegetables everyday Lentils to be taken everyday if you are a vegetarian. If you eat nonveg, eat lentils 5 days a week and meat 2 days a week Eat legumes like chickpea, rajma etc regularly Avoid juice, sugars and refined foods Exercise- do both cardio and strengthening Cardio - walking, cycling, swimming 30 minutes every day Strengthening- 2 days a week like weight lifting, resistance training at gym.
