I am 44 years married. I have BP of 100/140 regularly. I have no other problems. Like diabetes. Kidney disease etc. Cholesterol level is 190.

Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. BP 140/100 mm Hg, is on the higher side. Ideally it should be around 120 - 130 / 70 - 80 mm Hg. Few precautions need to be taken like reduce salt intake, increase daily exercise and take healthy diet. Thanks.
