I'm feeling extreme tiredness and sleepy all the day time. I am having proper healthy food and sleep for 8 hrs. Still im facing issue. Muscle spasms starting from neck, lower and upper back and knee and foot pains. Went to orthopedic and rheumatologist, nothing was diagnosed. X-ray and scan of knee are fine. calcium, potassium, magnesium, blood level, urine and uric acid are fine. Only thing is I had cholesterol with triglycerides with 500 mg/dl im suffering and all my friends and relatives are asking why I am dull energy less every time. Please suggest something related to my symptoms. My thyroid levels are also fine. Every doctor tells me that I do not have any problem still I am facing issue and unable to concentrate on my job even. Please suggest some thing on my symptoms.
