I am 44 year old. Having hypertension since 4 year. Taking eritel ch 40. Which lowered electrolytes level. Then shifted to Eritel LN 40 (morning) + LN block 5 (evening). Echo and ecg normal. But blood pressure is not controlled properly with medication. Please suggest what should I do?

Some Drs switch to eritel H alternate days and telmisartan with amlodipine combination alternate days. Single daily dose. This treatment takes one month to have effect and does not lower sodium potassium.
