Hi. I am a 30 year old married Indian female. I am overweight and trying to lose the extra kgs and also planning to start a family. I wanted to know if green coffee really works and also the side effects of taking it. Will it harm the baby in the future. Please help. Your response is appreciated. Looking forward for an answer. There is no easy way to lose weight. Adding a food item only might not help in weight loss be it green tea, green coffee or apple cider vinegar. You have to exercise and eat healthy to work it off. Start by cutting out rice, baked items, bread, sugar and oily foods from your diet completely. Go for more fruits, vegetables and protein in your meals. Snack on nuts. Start out with a 30-minute walk daily. Once you start yourself on this lifestyle change you will suddenly notice weight shedding off.
