I am 21 and using thyronorm 25 mcg for hypothyroidism. Now my tsh levels are normal. What care I have to take please suggest some tips and please tell me does any long time diseases come along with thyroid. With normal tsh levels can I leave healthily and will there be any problems during pregnancy. Can I stop using thyronorm .what care I have to take.

You need to remember that "normal" does not mean "optimal" Furthermore, TSH is a very poor independant indicator of Thyroid function. Hence one should check Free T3 levels. If your symptoms have improved, Then you should continue with the same meds and dosage. Before and during pregnancy one needs vlose periodic monitoring of relevant labs. I prefer to use a combinaton of compounded T3 and T4 and optimize other metabolic and hormonal imbalances.
