It's rarely found together both of. But in few cases it's possible and interlinked. You start physiotherapy and rehabilitation exercises to cure RA and aerobic and strengthening exercise to improve mobility flexibility and strengthen the joint and abdomen. And use salakhi, aloevera, twin stem sachet, rise onn syrup, guggal/suth to improve and control prob. All of together they reduce your prob asap and you find better.

All autoimmune disease can co-exist. It's not uncommon to find UC and RA together, as both are autoimmune diseases. If you have flare-ups (of colitis or arthritis ?) you should consult your rheumatologist or gastroenterologist accordingly. There are many other drugs to help you. I don't think weight gain has anything to with Saaz, though the everybody's body is different. More often than not, your better colitis control might have led you to gain weight, which is not necessarily a bad thing. Not sure if you're getting steroids too intermittently. Best wishes.
