Recently in endoscopy diagnosed with a small hiatus hernia, gastritis, ulcers, major problem is breathlessness, unable catch my breath, from last month I am on these medicines below but not improvement in breathlessness, ECHO, TMT, PFT, CBC, X-RAY, all are normal, life is getting worsen day by day, sometimes its feel I am going to die in next few moments because of breathlessness. What to do doctors? Can you please guide me?
