My son suffer from low hemoglobin and have haemangima in his left cheek. I checked his bp twice and it was around 60/40 both the time. Is this normal in 4.5 years of age. What should be done more to stop his problem of breath stop when crying.

His BP is fine for his age and anemia need to best controlled. Breathholding in crying is normal at this age and nothing need to be done , GIve slap on his buttocks when he is holding breath to break the spasm
