lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. When on treatment ideally TSH should be maintained < 3 mU/L. Hence current dose of 125 mcg is fine. It should be continued. To be free from all the symptoms of hypothyroidism it is essential to maintain TSH < 3 mu/L. Once well stabilised you can check TSH one in 6 months to a year. But do not make frequent changes in Thyroxine dosage. Thanks.
