It is very easy to gain weight when you are at a sitting job. You really need to take care of your diet and physical activity in some form. Start your day with a nutritious breakfast, which may include poha/daliya/cheela/sandwhich/ eggs in some form. For lunch make sure you have lots of salads, any seasonal veg, dal and a chapati. Dinners should be early and light. Make sure you have 2-3 fruits between the meals. Drink 3-4 litres of water everyday. Physical activity must be for at least 45 mins everyday.
