No you can take all kinds of foods but yes take lot of fruits and green vegetables to get fiber which helps in weight loss. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Drink lot of water everyday. Avoid junk and fast food completely. Use olive oil or rice bran oil. Limit oil intake to 15 gms each day.
