Hello. I had the problem of vomiting but now it is solved. But now anything which is eaten by me is not vomited but I feel that it is not digested as well. I feel the full food on my stomach. Please provide me a treatment.

Here are few tips to reduce your problem of bloating. 5. Plenty of Salads and Fruits in Diet. 6. Avoid oily and fried food. 7. Eat Small frequent meals. 8. Avoid Chillies, Spices, Cauliflower, Beans, Peppers, tea, coffee.9. Don't lie down immediately after meals .At least for 30 minutes. For cmplete medical protocol of 1-4 points, you have to consult me further.
