I am a 25 year old woman and now I am getting over weight (95 kg). I took a thyroid test and my TSH is 7.9, so my question is what are the medicine I have to take and please tell me about my diet and by how much time I am going to loose my weight.

You have Hypothyroidism. To get medicine you need to visit a doctor who will prescribe proper medicine for you after seeing all your reports. After taking medicine your Thyroid levels will stabilize. However for weight reduction you will need to take balanced low calorie diet + Exercise. Thyroid medicine will not reduce your weight. Take help of a dietician for diet guidance.
