The TSH level came down to normal because of the medicine and it needs to be continued. And should not be stopped until advised by the specialist. You can try taking homeopathic treatment which can not only stop increasing the disease but can reduce the dose and also can prevent the complications of the diseases. And it is advisable to get regularly investigated for T3, T4, TSH.

Hello, You will have to continue giving same dose of thyronorm tablets and keep checking TSH level periodically, that is once in 2 to 3 months. Since it is a hormone deficiency disorder, regular supplement of thyroxine is necessary for lifetime. Please do not stop giving the hormone tablets as well as checking TSH periodically. If you have any doubts please come back. Thanks.
