Ive been an obese child since ever. But 3 years back I did a very strict dieting. Lots of walking. N exercises for around 9 months and lost 20 kgs. So at the time (2 n a half years back) of my marriage I weighed 59. Then in 2 months I got pregnant n began to gain weight drastically. My post natal weight was 90. Now aftr 2 years of delivery I weigh 85. I am trying to control diet. I try to walk too. But with all household chores n catering to baby's needs. I can not do much 4 myself to lose weight properly. please help wat method can b effective n quick. Also advise The pros n cons of Garcinia cambogia and green coffee for the same.
