Now aftr 2 years of delivery I weigh 85. I am trying to control diet. I try to walk too. But with all household chores n catering to baby's needs. Hello, Correct your calcium and iron deficiency. This might also not allow you to lose weight. This often happens when you overdo diet and exercise. Post par tum weight loss is slow as the pregnancy hormone still tend to function in your body. Give it some time and patience. If the baby is off breast feeding you can go for a more controlled diet. Get a customized diet plan for yourself. Garcinia cambogia comes with some harmful side effects, which I have posted earlier. I would surely not recommend. Green coffee beans can be taken as they are low in caffeine compared to roasted coffee and high levels of antioxidants, which helps in weight loss. It is available in sachets and beans locally. But do not get overbored with it. As there is no short cut to weight loss jouney.
