Take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Do crunches and pushups daily to reduce belly fat. Ask me privately for customized diet plan for you.
Remove myths from your mind and trust your doctor growth medicine are to maintain your body healthy at time of birth same for baby ,healthy baby have less complications and increases the chance for normal delivery. Don't think only on mode of delivery, think about the outcome. That should be healthy baby and healthy you.
the reasons for low growth of baby can be high bp swellings or rh negative blood of mother
if baby's not growing well it's better to deliver early and keep it in a good nursery to help grow more.
by delaying the delivery you're inviting more complications
Hi dear. Usually if there is no complication in this pregnancy and your pregnancy is progressing favourably, there is no reason why you cannot have another normal delivery. DO not worry, most probably you will have a normal delivery only. Good luck dear.
These pigmented areas will be normal after a few months of pregnancy, when the skin color resumes, however, in some women, it may take somewhat longer or may never completely disappear.
You can try: 1)Aloe gel has magical properties which help to lighten any dark spots. Apply it on the affected area for 15-20 minutes and then wash it off using warm water. For immediate results repeat the on daily basis.
2) Mix some almonds and honey and make a fine paste. Apply it on skin and wash it after 15-20 minutes.
3) Potato can do wonders to your pigmented skin if applied over pigmented skin on a daily basis. You may cut the potato in two pieces and gently rub it on skin or just grate it and squeeze the juice on pigmented skin. You will surely observe the difference
Though these remedies are quite effective, expecting instant results will not help. If you feel your skin is extremely affected by pigmentation and the dark spots do not lighten up much, you may consult dermatologist.
