I am a breastfeeding mother. Please tell me how to be properly cured after section as is 4 month now after my delivery but still I have some pain in my belly and difficulty in walking, pls help.

Please eat nutritious diet and also reduce your weight if you are overweight, do exercises yoga and walking. Take vitamin D sachet once a week. And also calcium once daily in between meals.

I had triplets but in fifth month I pre-delivered. They told my cervix was dilated. What's the reason for this. When I asked doc she didn't tell me the proper reason. Why does cervix dilate.

Very occassionaly it is because of intrinsic weakness of cervix. In majority it is excessive stretching by triplets. However only your treating obstetrician can thro more light as he/she examined cervix in different stages.

I am 30 year old and a breastfeeding mother. I had my c-section delivery just 6 month ago. My period came little bit after delivery for two month. But on next month to till now no period. My period not happen three month till now. No abdominal cramp. No physical problem. Is this normal? Or any pblm?

Hello! Many times a breast feeding mother does not get her period up to 6-9 months after delivery. That is normal. But you have to be careful because there are still chances of a pregnancy if you do not use precautions.
