I am 35 years male from hyderabad already having blood pressure taking medications metxl 12.5 in the morning and ecosprin AV/75 IN AFTERNOON .2 months back I observed swelling on my neck left side I consulted doctor endocrinologist he advised me to have ultrasound neck scan and fnac test I have done it and also thyroid test the results are: TT3 119.30 TT4 7.8 TSH 1.23 AND my fasting blood sugar reports before breakfast is 106 and after breakfast it is 128, my weight is 80. 3 kgs and height 167 cms .endocrinologist advised me to take neuroprime plus for 2 months and review once again with ultrasound scan neck test but I have not visited and I want to know what is the treatment required for isthamus measures 0.25 cm thyroid what is the thyroid I am having is it hypothyroidism or hyperthyroidism ,FNAC TEST RESULTS SHOWN: SUGGESTIVE OF COLLOID GOITRE WHAT IS THE treatment AND MEDICATIONS REQUIRED FOR ME PLS DO GIVE VALID INFORMATION ABOUT IT.
