Coffee is not a permanent solution for low blood pressure. It can certainly give her temporary relief. The most common reason for low BP s low salt in the body. The best solution is to have two glasses of sweet lime juice or Lime juice everyday, to which 1 teaspoon of powdered Jaggery and 1/2 teaspoon of Rock salt is added. Rock salt is a excellent remedy to treat low BP. It normalizes the blood pressure without causing any harm, whereas the other salts if taken in excess tend to increase blood pressure. Deep breathing exercises - 10 rounds daily will help prevent Headache and Dizziness.
You can increase salt intake.
Please give her a solution of salt+sugar in 1 glass of water. Take balance diet Also take a fruit and a glass of milk daily
