I am undergoing a very bad depression. My sex desire is driving more and I could not resist. I'm 28 years and used to masturbate for more than 12 years now I reduced it because of weight loss small penis size premature ejaculation etc and I feel like I have been affected psychologically because whom ever I saw I started to imagine sexually that too the age of above 30 years female. I feel very hateful about myself and I dint know how to control everything to have a normal life, Now it's time for me to marry a girl I'm afraid too since I feel like it's like a cheat not being loyal with oneself. Pls suggest to overcome all these things.

Dear lybrate user, you are 28 and at this age you will have higher sexual desire. And if you are single, you will get attracted towards women. And to relieve yourself from an intense sexual urge, masturbation is a healthy option. So you need not feel guilty about it, do not hate yourself. You are not cheating anyone. This is very much normal at this age. You are normal. Masturbating will not reduce your penis size, but you need to be careful about your habit to masturbate. If you are doing it just because you have got used it, or under compulsion, or have got addicted to it, then it is harmful. Then, try to control your behaviour. Thinking sexually about every woman you see, will get you into trouble. This is happening because your sexual urge is not satisfied. I think you need to search for your life partner as early as possible, so that your sexual needs are satisfied and you will have many things to look forward to in life. Life will become more interesting for you. If you are still concerned about your penis size or if you think you are ejaculating prematuredly, then please get in touch with a counsellor/sexologist.
