I lost somebody close to me last month and from then I feel very depressed. I am not able to sleep correctly. I try to not to think about her but just for a little time. I am preferring to spend time alone. Pls help me.

Grieving for the loss of a loved an absolutely normal reaction, and at times necessary, for one to achieve closure. Give yourselves some time to cope with the loss. Try and distract yourself by doing things you enjoy doing. If it continues to be difficult, and you remain withdrawn, seek professional therapy, which can help to get over your loss more easily. Don't continue to suffer for too long, else you run the risk of spiraling into depression. Good luck.
