Hello, at 0.19 milli units/l, is just below the lower limit. If the patient is feeling fine, there are no specific complaints then there is no need to do anything. However, if there are any symptoms suggesting hyperthyroid activity, then there may be a need to redcue the dose of thyroxine, by about 12.5 mcg per day. Then check tsh levels after 6 weeks. Thanks for the question.
