My age is 32 years ,me software engineer hu mera kam baith kar karta hu pure din, mujhe 10 din se cough and gas ka problem hai, din me 4-5 bar and night me 1-2 bar khansi aata hai, khansi 1 minute ke liye aata hai, and bahut jor se aata hai and kabhi kabhi swas bhi nhi le pata hu 4-5 second ke liye phir dakar aati hai tab relax hota hai, dakar bhi aata hai acidity bhi banti hai.

Take meals at fixed hrs, chew food properly/ completely, no eating quickly 4. Take small amount of food at a time, take more frequent meals - may be five times a day. 5.
