I'm 25/male, 75 kgs 175 cms, recently i've got a complete body blood test in which my vitamin d and b12 were low 15.63 and 165 respectively, also my tsh was elevated 27 (t3: 0.7 and t4: 5.4) report came on 17th oct post which i've started taking medicine for hypothyroidism (thyronorm 25mgc) and d rise table, I got retested again on 26 oct in which my tsh went further high to 82 (t3: 0.81 and t4: 6.1) this I found absurd as I was talking medicine so to cross verify I took the test again on 30th oct in which my tsh went further to 121 (t3: 0.83 and t4: 5.4), my physician advice to increase the dose to 75mgc but now i'm feeling fatigue and dizziness. Shall I continue taking the medicine? Also I didn't have any medical history apart from feeling uncomfortable around my neck area which I have been dealing with for the past few years. I haven't seen any weight changes in the past few months. I'm very much concerned as I have my whole life ahead. Kindly help!
