For which you have to have ideal body weight, at least 30 minutes of exercise and proper diet control ie no uncontrolled free sugars, junk food, heavy intake oils etc. More of leafy vegetables regular annual check up of hba1c should remain at 6.5. Any parameter going up heralds actual diabetes.
