Hi. My thyroid is tsh is 7. My weight is 61 kgs. This is 1st check up. So please suggest how much dose can be taken for thyroid. Please suggest me don't get ignore.

A tsh level of 7 milli units is a subclinical hypothyroidism. So normally there is no treatment required. Only when tsh level goes over 10 milli units/ ml treatment is advocated. But sometime even at a lower level of tsh like yours, if t4 level is low, if there are any troublesome symptoms of hypothyroidism then treatment si given.
