My thyroid test results are as follows. T3, Free; FT3 is 2.98 pg/mL, T4, Free: FT4 is 0.86 ng/dL and TSH, Ultrasensitive is less than 0.004. I am on Neo-Mercazole 20 (three times a day). Please suggest.

Mr. You have hyperthyroidism, hence the treatment has to go on for at least 12 to 18 months, then when levels become normal it may be stopped. Some times it may not return to normal then other measures may be looked at. At present please continue the therapy. If you any troublesome symptoms please do inform.
