Post pregnancy I am getting too much body pain. Mainly back pain, shoulder pain hand wrist pain, leg pain, feet pain. Please suggest. Mine cs delivery.

It's all post natal complications. You can start exercises after 2months of cs. Start with gentle mobility and stretching exercises. Yoga and pranayama but don't do difficult one later you can go for core stability exercise program and other strengthening exercises. But better do under physiotherapist supervision.
