During my periods I have pain in both my upper and lower abdomen. I feel heavy in the upper abdomen, I think it is due to gas formation. I have also pain in my lower back and thighs. And if I don't take paracetamol and if the pain increases then it will be fine after vomiting and getting fresh many times. So can anyone tell me why it is so? And can suggest some homeopathy medicine.
