I was very stress for past 4 years and two weeks but I took thyroid test its 1.422 tsh, t3 1.16, t4 8.1 today I am very stress and angry on myself and stressing lot. Suddenly I got a low-grade fever. I heard that stressing a lot leads to autoimmune disease, does I have any chances of getting autoimmune disease not because I got low-grade fever? Pls, help. Should I take the autoimmune test? And my age is 30.
