Hi I am 23 years old man and also I have hyper thyroidism from birth I taking eltroxin 100mg tablet from its possible to stop that tablet or I need to continue till my life end Dr. pls give another way to stop that tablet because when I taking I feel very lazy like thinking pls give another way to control thyroid when I taking that tablet I felt also weight increase and appearance increase sir pls give another way pls.

Mr. Lybrate-user, you have hypothyroidism. This condition remains for lifetime. Treatment has to continue through out. Please tell me current tsh levels. If tsh is between 3 to 4 milli units / ml then all symptoms are in check.
