I am chronic depression patient since last 10 years. I am using lamictal 200 mg and paroxetine 12.5 mg. Depression is under control. I am experiencing erection issues since the onset of depression even though depression eased out to some extent. Libido is good and testosterone levels are also good. I am apprehensive about using tadalafil and caverta etc as they are with side effect profile. Kindly advise me safe medication that helps me with my erectile dysfunction problem which is very frustrating. I am 48 years old.

Paroxetine can cause erectile dysfunction, discuss with a psychiatrist and see if the same can be changed to an alternative which does not cause ed. Even then if it persists it can be primary ed and you may need a urologist evaluation to find the cause and treat the same. Good luck.
