I have continue high bp (140/90+).during active hours for the last few days. During the night the pressure is ok. This bp was recorded by abpm. My doctor did an ecg, some blood tests (cholesterol, kft, tsh, metanephrines, cortisol, blood sugar), and renal doppler and left, right kidney and adrenal usg. All of these reported normal. My blood sodium and potassium levels are also normal. No one is my immediate family has a history of high bp. I had some condition once and it got solved on its own the day I got good sleep. I am currently also having sleep issues but the bp is even high during the days when I get good sleep. I am not obese. My bmi is 24.1.
