there are various reasons for mouth ulcers. It could be because of spicy food, medications, bad digestion, eating hard food etc. I would advise you to go for professional check up with a dentist to get the exact cause and solution for the same.
Ulcers may have diff reasons for occurrence. They may be due to over stress, sleeplessness, change in food habits, due to some medications etc. Kindly take more fruits intake. Avoid spicy food along with that take vitamin tabs for a week. One tab for a day will b sufficient. Use ornigreat mouth gel or dento gel for applying over the ulcers. Visit your near by dentist to take advice.
