Have a nutritious diet rich in vitamins and minerals. Have lots of greens, veggies and fruits. Sometimes, a particular foodstuff might be the trigger for such ulcers. Keep an eye out for any such patterns and avoid a particular ingredient if you find it suspicious. Consume rich sources of antioxidants like green tea etc. If these measures do not help, consult a good dentist.
