Dr. my age 21 yr. I am underweight 33 kg and have digestive issues for 3 yrs I have pcos for 5 years and taking medicines but I stopped it after some other health issues. After it my period was regular i.e happens in every month but sometimes on 20 days, sometime23/24/ 25 vary from 19-28 days. Usually I always taking domperidone for 3 years I think that's why my cycle become short. After stopping taking domperidone my cycle become 27/28 days for 2 months now. Last month my period (21 dec) blood flow is very less, taking 1 pad in one day and lasts for 3 days. Now again after 15 days I got my period with cramps i.e on 16th day of period. Why I got my period on 16th day (5 jan) this month?

While most women depend on pills to deal with it, these simple changes in your lifestyle will help you deal with the condition in a better way. 1.Nutritional approach: deficiency of micronutrients contributes to insulin insensitivity and compromise ovarian function. So, 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of plain water first thing in the morning (preferably within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 2. Don't overeat 3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. U should eat whatever your mother or grandparent eat in bfast. I mean to say whatever is your traditional food. If punjabi eat paratha, if belongs to south then take idli/ dosa etc. 4.
