I am 26 years old. My job is a physically demanding job. I work for 12 hours a day, 6 days a week. Im always feeling very tired and sleepy even if I have good sleep and food (im a vegetarian). Sometimes legs are paining. Can you please suggest me something to feel energetic and strong.
