I had my last period cycle on 31 Jan. This month in feb it got skipped. I m a thyroid patient and also had a intercourse with my fiance in mid of Feb. However I have done pregnancy test through pregnancy kit and the result was negative. Is there anything to worry about, what should I do.

As you had sex in mid of February and you failed to take I-pill, you have very high chance of getting pregnant. Pregnancy test won't come positive this soon it should be done 7 days after the missed period. You can repeat the test on 8 of March and if it is negative then keep repeating every week till you get your menses.
