I am 41 and diagnosed of bp over a year now, have been on lisinopril 5 mg and amlodipine 10 mg but the bp is mostly on 130/90 but when it shoot up above that I use nifedipine 30 mg to bring it down. Pls I am tired of all the drugs what should I do? Note, I do not smoke, reduced my salt intake, exercise and do not eat meat.
