Do not stop bp medicines on your own. You need to continue medicines to keep bp in control. If you stop medicines just because your bp is normal with medicines then it will rise again once you stop medicines.

Is concor 2.5 and concor am 2.5 both are same or not. Is there any problem if patient used concor am 2.5 in the place of concor 2.5?

No they are not the same. Concor is a single medicine named bisoprolol. Xoncor am has amlodepine in addition to bisoprolol. Do not replace one with another withput a doctor advice.
