Concor is bisoprolol a beta blocker used to treat hypertension. It can reduce the increased bp of your anxiety, but does not address the cause of anxiety, which is reduced/ altered serotnergic pathways in your mind, so ideally, consult any psychiatrist in person or online and get the cause of your anxiety treated with a course of ssris for effective treatment. Good luck.
