Dear sir, sir, I want to say you all the problem details of mine and the problems are such as when I am giving focus to my symptoms I am feeling it more or big also sir always I am searching the symptoms in google also I have become addicted to it. When I am consulting with any doctor and they suggest to me anything I am feeling no symptoms in my body. I am facing various symptoms and due to that I am spending lots of money on various tests but every report is normal. Tests are like hb, hba1c, fbs, pp, fbs, bp, cbc, wbc, tlc, usg, ugi, vdrl etc when I am searching symptoms in google my mind telling me to go for a test. And suppose I am taking any medicine I am fearing that no the medicine will do bad. And I am always feeling fear and nervousness. And I am feeling that a big disease has affected me. But sir when I am going on a long drive or outing with self-driving I have no problem. Currently, I am feeling upper middle abdominal pain and chest burning and dizziness after 2 hours of taking the lunch. What r other symptoms that you r experiencing? By doing what like walking, exertion, eating or empty stomach- it increases or decreases in intensity. For how much time the pain remains? Is there stiffness also? How is your appetite? R you constipated? Any problem in urine? I need to know more to be able to make diagnosis. In the meanwhile follow this 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 2. Don't overeat 3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. U should eat whatever your mother or grandparent eat in bfast. I mean to say whatever is your traditional food. If punjabi eat paratha, if belongs to south then take idli/ dosa etc. 4. Drink lot of water.10.
