My symptoms are as follows, I have pain in my neck, I have stiffness and pain in the left side of my neck with pain going down through my shoulder, under my arm pit, upper arm, and pain, numbness, burning sensations and tingling in my lower arm. Pain in left wrist with numbness in my 4th and 5th fingers and lower part of my hand extending back up my arm. I have this Symptoms since 15 days day and night continuously. And high blood pressure. You have developed radical it is which is pain and numbness. Tingling etc. Due to pressure in the spinal region at your neck area. Reasons may be many. But spondylosis of cervical spine is what you may be suffering from. To establish the diagnosis you need to do an mri of the cervical spine and show the report to an orthopaedic surgeon if it is established to be due to spondylotic nerve compression. A course of physiotherapy like cervical traction will help. Depending on the diagnosis you may need to consult a neurologist as well. There are certain habits you have to change like do not use thick pillow under the head while sleeping. Etc.
