Hi, I am a vegan and recently during normal body check after covid infection I was found to be vitamin b 12 deficient and the value was just 32. My doctor prescribed me neurobion forte tablet one tablet everyday. Please guide for how long I need to take this tablet as I have taken 30 tablets and when should I again go for blood test to check my b 12 level.
