Hello, thanks for the query. I have seen the details mentioned. Usually in a person with diabetes erectile dysfunction (ed) does develop if blood glucose is not well controlled and if the disease is there for a longer time. So the need is to have a strict glucose control with fbg < 100 mg & pp 150 to 160 mg & jba1c% < 6.5%. Since you have not mentioned anything about glucose control & hba1c%m plus no other necessary details like weight, height and extent of daily exercise as well as about diet. Unless those details are there there is no way to give any meaningful suggestions. As regards the use of sildenafil you can definitely take it as and when required.
