Hello. I suffer from new diabetes hbsa1 is 7.5 and I do not want to take diabetic medicine what can I do. Please help me my age is 40 years and 69 kg, 162 hight have 3 children.

An hba1c level of 7.5 is above the target level. Continuing without anti-diabetic medications will cause entire body-wide damage especially to the eyes, kidneys, nerves and especially your immune system. A diabetes diet is a healthy-eating plan that's naturally rich in nutrients and low in fat and calories. Key elements are fruits, vegetables and whole grains. U can take (moderate amount) grapes. Apples. Berries. Citrus fruits. Papaya. U should avoid sugar-sweetened beverages. Sugary beverages are the worst drink choice for someone with diabetes.
