Hello. My name is mean hameed and I am 26 years old. I am non diabetic but after iv bejectal in dextros water after 15 minutes I check sugar level on glucometer and I got 145 mg/dl random. Does it norma?

Hello, thanks for the query. Madam, taling dextrose water I taking a lo of glucose iv means you ae increasing blood glucose. So it is bound to show high on glucose meter. You nay check after 3 to 4 hours, it will be normal. No need to worry. Thanks.

Check your fasting plasma glucose and hba1c. Random sugar below 200 is not diabetes.
